ประวัติความเป็นมาของวงAmorphis
สำหรับ วงAmorphis นี้นะครับ เป็นวงดนตรีHeavy Metal จากประเทศฟินแลนด์นะครับ โดยวงนี้ ก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี 1990 โดย Jan Rechberger, Tomi Koivusaari และ Esa Holopainen ซึ่งในระยะแรกๆ วงAmorphis จะเล่นดนตรี เพลงแนวdeath metal แต่ในอัลบั้มต่อๆมา ก็มีการเล่นดนตรีที่หลากหลายแนวมากขึ้น ได้แก่ heavy metal, progressive metal และ folk metal โดยเนื้อร้อง หรือเนื้อเพลงส่วนใหญ่จะนำเอามาจาก บทกวีมหากาพย์ของฟินแลนด์ที่มีชื่อว่า Kalevala

ประวัติความเป็นมาของวงOrphaned Land
สำหรับวงOrphaned Land นี้นะครับ เป็นวงดนตรีheavy metal จากประเทศอิสราเอลนะครับ โดยก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี ค.ศ. 1991 แรกเริ่มก่อตั้งวงนั้นใช้ชื่อว่า Resurrection แต่ต่อมาในปี ค.ศ. 1992 ได้เปลี่ยนชื่อเป็น Orphaned Land โดยวงOrphaned Land เป็นวงที่เล่นดนตรีแนวprogressive metal, Death/doom, Jewish และ Arabic ที่ผสมผสานกันอย่างลงตัวทีเดียว ซึ่งคอนเซ็ปต์ของอัลบั้ม ส่วนใหญ่ก็จะเป็นแนวความสัมพันธ์ของ 2 สิ่งที่อยู่ตรงกันข้าม ยกตัวอย่างเช่น ตะวันออก(east) และ ตะวันตก(west), อดีต(past) และ ปัจจุบัน(present), แสงสว่าง(light) และ ความมืด(darkness), และสุดท้าย พระเจ้า(God) และ ซาตาน(Satan)
